2025, day 356, Week IV

2025-12-22

Readings: 1 Sm 1:24‑28 / Lk 1:46‑56

Missionary Cenacle Intentions: We dedicate Mondays to the Mystery of the Holy Spirit. Today we pray:

For a greater devotion to the Holy Spirit, the active presence and power of God in our lives and in the world, we pray.

That God soften the hearts and enlighten the minds of those who seek to eradicate faith or bring harm to people of peace, we pray.

For the wellbeing of the women, children, and men whom we serve and those who serve with us, we pray.

For the members of the Missionary Cenacle Apostolate of Caminando con Jesús y María, Canóvanas, Puerto Rico, we pray.

For the members of the Missionary Cenacle, especially Fr. Abram Dono, ST we pray.

For the deceased members of the Missionary Cenacle, especially Lety Colon, MCA, 2009; Fr. Jospeh Keenan, ST, 2020; Dot Kenna, MCA, 2024, we pray.

Reading: The great feast is at hand. The year long we have been awaiting this day. Our minds this moment should be intensely expectant of the coming of the Just One. Hope in Him means triumph to His faithful friends. This divine Infant will realize every promise. 0ur help will be in His Name, "in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth." (Ps, 123:8) This child will powerfully reward those who confidently and entirely hope in His mercy. (MCM, p. 24)
