Readings: Eph 2:1-10 / Lk 12:13-21
Missionary Cenacle Intentions: We dedicate Mondays to the Mystery of the Holy Spirit. Today we pray:
That we may grow in our knowledge and love of the Holy Spirit, we pray.
That people suffering from addictions receive the grace of God and the help of others to gain freedom and serenity, we pray.
That zeal, the white heat of charity, may flourish in the Church, especially in our hearts, we pray.
For the members of the Missionary Cenacle Apostolate of Santísima Trinidad, Chimalhuacán, Mexico, we pray.
For the members of the Missionary Cenacle, especially our sick, we pray.
For the deceased members of the Missionary Cenacle, especially Betty McIntyre, MCA, 1991, we pray.
Reading: Let us contrive to bring this Holy Spirit amongst us. We need the Spirit of God, we just must have the Holy Spirit move amongst us. He is the One to soften your hearts, enlighten your minds, to give power and strength to your will. We want strength and power, but that is of the Holy Spirit. Now let us put more unction in our prayer to the Spirit of God. (MCM, p. 293)
