Missionary Cenacle Intentions: We dedicate Mondays to the Mystery of the Holy Spirit. Today we pray:
That we may grow in our knowledge and love of the Holy Spirit, we pray.
That people suffering from addictions receive the grace of God and the help of others to gain freedom and serenity, we pray.
That zeal, the white heat of charity, may flourish in the Church, especially in our hearts, we pray.
For the members of the Missionary Cenacle Apostolate of Santísima Trinidad (Candidate Cenacle), Holy Trinity, AL, we pray.
For the members of the Missionary Cenacle, especially our sick, we pray.
For the deceased members of the Missionary Cenacle, especially Sr. Rosario Shanahan, MSB T 1965; Lois Murphy, MCA, 2004; Eva Figueroa, MCA, 2021, we pray.
Reading: As that voice penetrates my ears, into my conscience, the thought comes to me: What about the grace that I have received? Can I say with St. Paul that this grace has not been void? I am, by the grace of God, what I am, but‑'the grace of God has not been void.' Can I say that? I hesitate to say that; I dare not say it. With confusion and shame I must admit I cannot say it, 'It has not been void.' I wish I could say that. (MCM, p. 245)
