Readings: Acts 11:1-18 / Jn 10:11-18
Missionary Cenacle Intentions: We dedicate Mondays to the Mystery of the Holy Spirit. Today we pray:
For a greater devotion to the Holy Spirit, the active presence and power of God in our lives and in the world, we pray.
That God soften the hearts and enlighten the minds of those who seek to eradicate faith or bring harm to people of peace, we pray.
For the wellbeing of the women, children, and men whom we serve and those who serve with us, we pray.
For the members of the Missionary Cenacle Apostolate of Luz del Espíritu Santo, Canóvanas, Puerto Rico, we pray.
For the members of the Missionary Cenacle, especially Br. Chukwuma Philip Anaele, ST we pray.
For the deceased members of the Missionary Cenacle, especially Sr. Margaret Edward Conroy, MSBT, 1989; Fr. Frederick Lawrence, ST, 1990; Miriam Barth, MCA, 2012; Gladys Rivera, BTMI, 2014, we pray.
Reading: The lives of St. Peter and St. Paul are very encouraging to us who feel the shock of temptation and who may have faltered somewhat in God's way. Both these saints failed in a marked way. (MCM, p. 167)
