Readings: Gal 3:7-14 / Lk 11:15-26

Missionary Cenacle Intentions: We dedicate Fridays to the Mystery of the Passion and Death of the Lord. Today we pray:

That the suffering and death of Jesus inspire us to alleviate the suffering of others, we pray.

That our collaborators in mission may enter into and live our Cenacle spirit, we pray.

That the hearts of those considered enemies may be softened and our own hearts softened toward them, we pray.

For the members of the Missionary Cenacle Apostolate of Sagrada Familia, Ponce, Puerto Rico, we pray.

For the members of the Missionary Cenacle, especially Fr. Raymond Calixte, ST we pray.

For the deceased members of the Missionary Cenacle, especially Fr. Leon Buggy , ST, 1996; Sr. Philip Anne Mattoon, MSBT, 2004; Maria Mills, MCA, 2018, we pray.

Reading: "Heart of Jesus, house of God and gate of heaven," the same thing expressed in different ways. It says that in adoring the Sacred Heart we are brought to paradise. Heaven dips down and touches us. When we adore the Sacred Heart of Jesus God comes very close to us and we come very close to God; that should inspire us with hope that our prayers will be heard.
