O God the Father,
through God the Son,
in union with God the Holy Spirit,
through your life shared
in the mysteries of the Holy Trinity
and the Incarnation,
in honor of Mary,
Queen of the Missionary Cenacle,
and Joseph, her husband,
I, (Name), of the Mystery (mystery),
do vow and promise in your presence,

and all gathered here,
Chastity, Poverty and Obedience
for (one year and one month or
for the rest of my life)
according to the Constitution of the
Missionary Servants of the Most Holy Trinity.
